     Use the same software that the pros use without having to pay what the pros charge!!!

2. What are the basic goals of this project? (e.g., branding/identity reinforcement, improved access to information, direct sales, corporate communication, etc.)
     EZTaxMachine's gaols are to make this year model to work and plan each year for a better ranking amoung the other larger sites.

3. What outcome will make this project successful? How will you measure success?
     Success will be based on the number of tax returns done this year.

4. What are your schedule requirements?
     EZTaxMachine.com and .net must be completed by 12/01/2000.

5. What is the budget for this project?
     $12,000

6. Describe any work that has been done toward designing/redesigning a new web site.
     No work has been done on the site thus far.
