ER2001 PC took on the Houston Macromedia Users group web site partly out of fun and partly to help out our local area computer society with a useful place to find information on upcomming events as well as a place to network with like minded individuals in the computer industry.

1. What is the mission statement or summary of your project?
The Houston Chapter of the Macromedia Users Group was formed to provide users in the Houston area with a location to share information, network with developers, keep abreast of market trends and technology innovations, as well as be in close touch with Macrodedia.

2. What are the basic goals of this project? (e.g., branding/identity reinforcement, improved access to information, direct sales, corporate communication, etc.)
To be a place of information for the HMMUG

3. What outcome will make this project successful? How will you measure success?
Use of the site by HMMUG members as well as other people interested in Macromedia products

4. What are your schedule requirements?
None

5. What is the budget for this project?
Not for Profit

6. Describe any work that has been done toward designing/redesigning a new web site.
Site currently up and in use but in need of a redesign
